          "text": "<p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p><p>✔ A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.<br>\n✔ 3-7 years of industrial electrical engineering experience (chemical, oil &amp; gas, or heavy industrial preferred)<br>\n✔ Strong knowledge of electrical design fundamentals (grounding, wiring, schematics, lighting, cable tray, etc.)<br>\n✔ Proficiency in ETAP (or equivalent) for electrical studies; AutoCAD experience preferred.<br>\n✔ Working knowledge of NFPA codes (70, 70E, 496, 497, 655, IECC).<br>\n✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to manage multiple project timelines.<br>\n✔ Willingness to travel 20-25% to support projects and plant operations.</p>",
