Our Team Members are the foundation of our success and truly the most valuable part of the Live! brand</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsible for the successful operation of the Table Games area, assuring integrity of the games, safeguarding company assets, and ensuring guests have a favorable gaming experience.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Where You'll Make an Impact:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible to the Casino Pit Manager or Shift Operations Manager for successful performance of assigned duties.</li>\n <li>Controlling gaming cards and equipment.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the supervision and performance of the table games dealers.</li>\n <li>Assists and advises other departments and company personnel as necessary, to assure the success of the table games. </li>\n <li>Manages the administration of fills/credits, player ratings, keeping track of markers, and rundowns. </li>\n <li>Analyzing customers play; cheating scams, counters, and unusual or suspicious variations of play.</li>\n <li>Development of staff, evaluating and training.</li>\n <li>Review table game activities and promotional status with designated managers.</li>\n <li>Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service.</li>\n <li>Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Skills to Help You Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Methods of Accountability:</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data, casino policies, and promotions.</li>\n <li>Through various oral and written reports.</li>\n <li>Through achievement of performance goals.</li>\n <li>Standards of Performance:</li>\n <li>Management abilities demonstrated in managing the table games operations.</li>\n <li>Maintain interpersonal working relationship among all personnel.</li>\n <li>Oral and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Willingness to assume responsibility relative to the performance of the table games.</li>\n <li>Obtainment of departmental budget and goals.</li>\n <li>Effective managing of the staff.</li>\n <li>Accuracy in completing assigned duties, paperwork, and reports.</li>\n <li>Must be proficient with all Microsoft software products.</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.</li>\n <li>Ability to solve complex problems.</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable of specified games and gaming regulations.</li>\n <li>Ability to add monies and chips.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of theft techniques.</li>\n <li>Good public relations/guest service skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Two (2) to Five (5) years of experience with a Four (4) year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.</li>\n <li>You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment. </li>\n <li>Technical school education in dealing specified games.</li>\n <li>You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Sitting 5%</li>\n <li>Walking 10%</li>\n <li>Standing 75%</li>\n <li>Keyboarding 10%</li>\n <li>Use of going up and down thirty-one (31) stairs multiple times per day and elevators.</li>\n <li>24/7 operation requiring extended hours and the ability and willingness to meet the team members’ schedules when handling matters scheduling, team member relations and staffing. </li>\n</ul>",
