You&rsquo;ll partner tightly with Product Managers to drive release goals, and collaborate daily with Engineering, QA, Product Operations, Go-to-Market, Customer Success, and Support to deliver outcomes that customers adopt and love.</p><h2><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">What You&rsquo;ll Deliver</span></h2><ul><li><strong>Vertical impact:&nbsp;</strong>Features that measurably improve workflows for hospital security (HIPAA-aware),&nbsp;campus&nbsp;police&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;public&nbsp;safety&nbsp;(Clery,&nbsp;FERPA-aware),&nbsp;district/&nbsp;K-12&nbsp;operations&nbsp;(student safety/FERPA), and corporate security teams.</li><li><strong>Adoption &amp; Delivery</span></h3><ul><li>Own&nbsp;and&nbsp;continuously&nbsp;refine&nbsp;the&nbsp;product&nbsp;backlog;&nbsp;write&nbsp;user&nbsp;stories&nbsp;and&nbsp;acceptance&nbsp;criteria; manage sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming.</li><li>Define&nbsp;release&nbsp;goals&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;Product&nbsp;Manager;&nbsp;collaborate&nbsp;with&nbsp;Engineering&nbsp;and&nbsp;QA&nbsp;to ensure sprint commitments are achieved.</li><li>Perform functional validation/UAT and sign off on increments; Launch</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate with Product Operations and cross-functional stakeholders (Sales Enablement, Marketing,&nbsp;Professional&nbsp;Services,&nbsp;Support)&nbsp;to&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;launch&nbsp;readiness&nbsp;(pricing,&nbsp;positioning, FAQs, training, rollout plans).</li><li>Provide&nbsp;field-ready&nbsp;artifacts&nbsp;(release&nbsp;notes,&nbsp;demos/scripts)&nbsp;and&nbsp;support&nbsp;early&nbsp;adopters.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Platform &amp; Portfolio Context (nice to have)</strong></span></p><ul><li>Work with adjacent modules/products to ensure seamless hand-offs across the incident lifecycle;&nbsp;understand&nbsp;how&nbsp;capabilities&nbsp;integrate&nbsp;across&nbsp;Web&nbsp;Dispatch,&nbsp;iTrak,&nbsp;ICMS,&nbsp;Command &amp;
