We design, fabricate, and install signage that makes businesses impossible to ignore — and we take pride in seeing every project through from concept to completion.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span><br>As a Graphic Designer at Onsite Sign, your work doesn’t just live on a screen — it gets fabricated, installed, and seen across the Prairies. You’ll work closely with our Sales, Project Management, and Production teams, contributing at every stage: client concepts, print-ready file prep, and fabrication support. We consider strong candidates at multiple experience levels, and your compensation will reflect what you bring to the table.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span><br>•    Design compelling concepts for a wide range of sign types: building and freestanding signs, vehicle wraps, vinyl graphics, banners, interior displays, and oilfield and construction signage<br>•    Collaborate with sales and project management to understand client requirements and deliver designs that align with brand identity and project specs<br>•    Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork files for print, cut, and fabrication<br>•    Manage multiple active projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining clear communication on status<br>•    Support fabrication designers with file preparation as needed<br>•    Stay current on design trends, materials, and production techniques<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span><br>•    Diploma or equivalent experience in Graphic Design<br>•    Proficiency in CorelDRAW — our primary production tool<br>•    Solid grasp of typography, colour theory, layout, and vector design<br>•    Familiarity with print production, vinyl cutting, or large-format output workflows<br>•    Experience in signage, vehicle wraps, or a comparable print production environment<br>•    Strong attention to detail, organized file management habits, and clear communication<br>•    Comfortable working directly with customers and collaborating with internal teams<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills (Asset but Not Required)</span><br>•    Experience with FlexiSign or FlexiDESIGN<br>•    Knowledge of large-format printing and vinyl cutting workflows<br>•    Experience designing vehicle wraps<br>•    Prior work in a sign manufacturing environment</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span><br>•    Competitive pay from $25–$40/hr — we consider candidates at multiple experience levels and compensate accordingly<br>•    Full health and dental benefits<br>•    Room for advancement within a growing, multi-location company<br>•    A collaborative team that takes real pride in their craft<br>•    The satisfaction of seeing your designs produced and installed in the real world</p>\n<p><br>Apply with your resume and portfolio (or work samples).
