The Veterinary Emergency Referral Center (VERC) in Pensacola, FL is seeking a full-time Nursing Manager to lead and support our technical support team! Up to $5000 Sign-On Bonus Available to Qualified Candidates! About the Role: The Nursing Manager provides direct oversight of technical support staff and plays a vital role in supporting hospital operations, team development, and clinical excellence. This role partners closely with hospital leadership, nursing supervisors, and the Medical Director to ensure consistency across departments and shifts. This position is approximately 75% administrative leadership and 25% clinical floor support , blending strategic planning, personnel development, and operational management with hands-on nursing support when needed.
