This is an entry level position. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Summary for Lot Driver</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Lot Driver remains on the lot and moves vehicles from various shops/departments and drives the vehicles through the lanes on sale day. The Lot Driver does NOT transport vehicles to or from dealerships.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Rewards for Lot Driver</strong></p><ul><li>$15.00 - $15.50 per hour</li><li>Full time</li><li>Monday - Friday</li><li>No nights or weekends</li><li>Full benefits</li><li>Matching 401(k)</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Career growth potential</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities for Lot Driver</strong></p><ul><li>Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers at all times.</li><li>Always exhibit ‘hands on’ and direct approach with customers.</li><li>Assist customers with questions and/or concerns.</li><li>Ensure cars are parked in proper location based on run number in windshield on sale day.</li><li>Start every vehicle in assigned lane prior to sale time. Lift hood on all vehicles that do not start. Roll down or crack driver’s side window.</li><li>Ensure keys are in ignition for all vehicles in your lane on sale day.</li><li>Be in assigned lane prepared for sale when auction starts.</li><li>Keep vehicles moving throughout the lane through the sale with all doors unlocked.</li><li>Ensure the vehicle is as close to its’ original spot as possible with windows up when parking it when exiting lane.</li><li>Work well independently as well as a team player.</li><li>Timely communication of issues that may be deemed as detrimental to the success of operations to Management.</li><li>Performs other duties as necessary.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
