When you join the team, you become part of a company that values hospitality, teamwork, and growth.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do as a Massage Therapist:</strong></p><ul><li>Be prompt for each appointment and complete services within designated time frames</li><li>Provide consistent, professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and certification standards</li><li>Inform and educate guests on wellness concerns and service options</li><li>Properly care for equipment and use appropriate amounts of products to support cost control</li><li>Maintain complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered</li><li>Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as required by law and spa policies</li><li>Prepare rooms, clean and restock as needed between appointments</li><li>Communicate to management any staff or guest issues requiring attention</li><li>Actively promote spa services, treatments, retail products, and available programs or promotions</li><li>Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously</li><li>Respond promptly and appropriately to all guest requests</li><li>Work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a high-quality work environment</li><li>Participate in and support ongoing training and staff meetings</li><li>Assist in all areas of spa operations as requested by management</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>",
