We're not just about distributing products—we’re about disrupting the market, challenging the norms, and launching game-changing ideas and products that leave a lasting impact.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB DESCRIPTION </span></p>\n<p>The Business Developer is responsible for developing Richmond Marketing’s leading premium products portfolio in the On-trade channel.</p>\n<p>They will be expected to demonstrate good negotiation and presentation skills along with a proven sales record and knowledge of the licensed trade. They should have a strong customer focus and be able to maintain a high level of productivity in all aspects of the role.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Actively market &amp; promote Richmond’s portfolio within the licensed trade.</li>\n<li>Build strong direct &amp; indirect route to market business</li>\n<li>Achievement of value and volume targets</li>\n<li>Execute promotions &amp; visibility within the trade</li>\n<li>Be aware and report on competitor and industry updates.</li>\n<li>Deliver high standards of credit management across customer base.</li>\n<li>Must adhere to all company policies and procedures.</li>\n<li>Must maintain high standards of appearance, behaviour and discipline.</li>\n<li>Adhere to performance appraisal procedures.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain key relationships with On-Trade RBM, Head of On-Trade, Telesales team and the brand &amp; marketing teams.</li>\n<li>Have a strong teamwork focus, ensure full liaison with other team members and departments.</li>\n<li>Any other duties and responsibilities which management deem appropriate from time to time.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates must be eligible to drive in the Island of Ireland and have a full clean driver’s licence</li>\n<li>Excellent relationship building, a strong customer focus and interpersonal skills are essential.</li>\n<li>A good level of commercial awareness and the ability to demonstrate good negotiation skills.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li>\n</ul>",
