      "content": "<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Lead Facilities, Security, and EHS teams to scale company infrastructure in support of multiple aerospace and defense programs</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Test/Launch leadership to ensure facilities capacity scales ahead of program needs</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Develop a capital investment roadmap for facilities, infrastructure, and equipment&nbsp; , including budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Own construction projects end-to-end, including design, planning, permitting, construction, and vendor coordination to deliver on time, within budget, and to aerospace-grade standards</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Oversee utilities and critical infrastructure systems (electrical, compressed air, network rooms, fire suppression, power redundancy) to ensure uptime, expansion planning, and reliability</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Establish and maintain standardized facility design templates for new sites to accelerate future expansion and ensure consistency</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Own permitting and regulatory approvals for specialized infrastructure at test/launch sites, including environmental permits and hazardous materials compliance</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Manage the facilities operations team, setting clear goals, developing processes, and ensuring operational excellence</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Lead physical security across all sites — access control, surveillance, perimeter security, incident response, and integration into new facility buildouts</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Develop and oversee EHS/OSHA programs and maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and internal safety standards</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Enforce physical facilities, EHS, and security policies, audits, and compliance — including ITAR-related access controls — in partnership with Legal and local agencies</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Oversee vendor and service provider contract negotiations and maintain full lease compliance, including HVAC servicing, fire safety testing, and adherence to permitted uses and building codes</span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;</span></li>\n\n</div>\n</div>\n</div>"
