    "requisitionDescription": "<p style=\"text-align:start;\"><span style=\"color: rgba(0,0,0,0.87);background-color: rgb(255,255,255);font-size: 14px;font-family: Arial;\">The Sr. IT Systems Analyst position supports Enterprise Contract Logistics Services (ECLS) in support of the Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) Division, AFLCMC/HBG, at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The ECLS performance tasks include functioning as the Service Provider (SP) at the enterprise level for Materiel Management and Warehousing and other Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities as required by the C2ISR weapon systems. The Senior Information Technology Systems Analyst is responsible for the planning and delivery of customer support services, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance, and/or assurance of training, in response to customer requirements.</span></p>\n<p style=\"text-align:start;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Arial;\"> </span><span style=\"color: rgba(0,0,0,0.87);background-color: rgb(255,255,255);font-size: 14px;font-family: Arial;\"><strong><ins>Job Responsibilities:</ins></strong></span></p>\n<p style=\"text-align:start;\"></p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: rgba(0,0,0,0.87);background-color: rgb(255,255,255);font-size: 14px;font-family: Arial;\">Experienced in managing, administering, developing, and/or supporting the ALMSS (Automated Logistics Management Support System) and associated information technology sub-systems and services. </span></li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: rgba(0,0,0,0.87);background-color: rgb(255,255,255);font-size: 14px;font-family: Arial;\">Experience with applying analytical processes to the management, planning, design, and implementation of new or modified ALMSS architecture and infrastructure to meet the SCM (Supply Chain Management) requirements of the C2ISR sustainment mission. </span></li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: rgba(0,0,0,0.87);background-color: rgb(255,255,255);font-size: 14px;font-family: Arial;\">Extensive knowledge of the ALMSS architecture, infrastructure, operations and functionality in supporting the C2ISR sustainment mission. </span></li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: rgba(0,0,0,0.87);background-color: rgb(255,255,255);font-size: 14px;font-family: Arial;\">Broad management experience affording knowledge of Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS), Centralized Asset Management, Depot Maintenance Transformation (DMT), Expeditionary Combat Support System (ECSS), Performance Management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, Repair Enterprise 21, Weapon Systems Supply Chain Management, Asset Marking and Tracking, Balanced Scorecard, Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+), and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), among others. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:start;\"><span style=\"color: rgba(0,0,0,0.87);background-color: rgb(255,255,255);font-size: 14px;font-family: Arial;\"><strong><ins>Required Skills and Experience:</ins></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: rgba(0,0,0,0.87);background-color: rgb(255,255,255);font-size: 14px;font-family: Arial;\">Active DoD Secret clearance required</span></li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: rgba(0,0,0,0.87);background-color: rgb(255,255,255);font-size: 14px;font-family: Arial;\">High School diploma, or equivalency required </span></li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: rgba(0,0,0,0.87);background-color: rgb(255,255,255);font-size: 14px;font-family: Arial;\">Relevant experience required </span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Arial;\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:start;\"><span style=\"color: rgba(0,0,0,0.87);background-color: rgb(255,255,255);font-size: 14px;font-family: Arial;\"><em>Spectrum is proud of our diverse workforce and diligently committed to remaining an Equal Opportunity Employer.
