Among these duties are observing and documenting resident behavior, acting as a role model for residents, interacting with residents, providing the resident assistance with activities of daily living, insuring resident safety, reinforcing treatment plans and Moody Neurorehabilitation Institute (Moody Neuro) policies, assisting therapy staff when needed, and maintaining various checklists, contracts, and daily log sheets. The Program Assistant will uphold the mission, philosophy, and goals of the organization while maintaining strict confidentiality of personnel and resident data and information in the performance of assigned duties.</span></span></span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;\"><br />\n<span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\">Observe, monitor, intervene, document, and report resident's social and interpersonal behavior and functional ability to perform as an independent
