About Us
Concord isn't your typical consulting firm; we are an execution company with a passion for making things happen. Our mission is to help clients enhance customer experiences, optimize operations, and revolutionize their product offerings through seamless integration, optimization, and activation of technology and data.
We are purpose-built, merging the industry’s top specialty companies to amplify our Innovation Capabilities in analytics & AI, data management & engineering, UX and digital experience, and technical platform integration, automation & security engineering.
About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Product Manager to lead e-commerce product strategy and execution. In this role, you'll own the product roadmap from backlog to launch, partnering cross-functionally to drive measurable improvements in customer acquisition, conversion, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams and agency partners in writing requirements, epics, and user stories to execute the product roadmap, including fixes, enhancements, and new features. Own and prioritize the product backlog, managing releases to support broader e-commerce business goals. Partner with teams across e-commerce, IT, Marketing, Customer Engagement, and Analytics to build features that move the needle on key KPIs. Drive site conversion by identifying and resolving friction points across the end-to-end customer journey. Lead UAT and testing for all digital feature releases. Build and manage project plans, timelines, resource estimates, and budgets. Serve as the subject matter expert across digital commerce systems and platforms. Track performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and manage vendor/service provider relationships. Develop business cases for new strategic initiatives and set e-commerce excellence targets with clear SLAs.
Qualifications & Skills
5–7+ years of Product and/or Project Management experience in Omnichannel, Digital Shelf, or e-commerce environments. Proven experience developing Digital Enterprise strategies. Strong data and analytics orientation. Results-driven, comfortable with OKRs, hypothesis testing, and experimentation frameworks. Mobile-first mindset with hands-on experience using big data and analytics platforms. Familiarity with PDLC, SAFe, and related Agile tools and practices. Excellent communication skills — able to present clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership capabilities. Exposure to AI/ML a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Product Management (or equivalent experience). Certifications in Product Management, Project Management, or Business Analysis a plus. Lean Six Sigma or related process certification a plus.
