This position also ensures that a consistent, appropriate, proactive level of engagement exists between the DSPs and the residents and that an appropriate level of resident supervision is maintained throughout each shift. The Shift Manager helps to maintain a nurturing, safe, healthy living environment free from abuse and neglect; and provides for the necessary areas of staff support.",
