    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Title: </span>Project Manager – Heavy Civil / Infrastructure Construction</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location: </span>North Denver, CO (Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 remote)</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay: </span>$120,000 Base + $10K–$20K Annual Bonus + Vehicle/Allowance + Full Benefits</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHY THIS ROLE (READ THIS FIRST)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a Project Manager role with a growing heavy civil contractor delivering mission-critical U.S. infrastructure—water systems, dams, flood control, locks, and large-scale mechanical civil works.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role is ideal for a high-performance PM getting lost in a large corporate GC environment due to lack of visibility, limited promotions, or a general disinterest in corporate politics and networking. In this role, top performers are noticed and rewarded.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role involves real full-cycle project ownership, visible collaboration with C-Suite members, and the ability to grow into senior leadership.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU’LL DO</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You’ll run ~3 active infrastructure projects at a time (typically $1M–$10M, 12–18 month cycles), owning the full lifecycle:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead projects from estimating → award → procurement → execution → closeout</li>\n<li>Manage schedule, cost, subcontractors, vendors, and field coordination</li>\n<li>Partner closely with superintendents (no rigid silos—true collaboration)</li>\n<li>Drive P6 schedules, cost tracking, forecasts, and change orders</li>\n<li>Ensure projects stay on-time, on-budget, and execution-ready</li>\n<li>Coordinate across field + office teams on complex civil systems</li>\n<li>Support preconstruction and bid strategy when needed</li>\n<li>Utilized Microsoft Suite, Excel, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, RMS</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>$120K base salary (DOE)</li>\n<li>$10K–$20K annual bonus (performance + company results)</li>\n<li>Company vehicle / allowance</li>\n<li>Hybrid schedule (3 office / 2 remote)</li>\n<li>~40-50-hour work weeks (flexible, project-driven)</li>\n<li>100% employee healthcare coverage (PPO/HSA options)</li>\n<li>80% employer covered dependent healthcare premiums</li>\n<li>Dental + vision</li>\n<li>401(k) with 6% match (eligible after 6 months)</li>\n<li>Flexible PTO + holidays</li>\n<li>Relocation support (case-by-case)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must Have:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1–2+ years as a Project Manager with a large Civil/Commercial General Contractor</li>\n<li>3+ years in heavy civil, federal, industrial, or infrastructure construction</li>\n<li>Full lifecycle project experience (estimating through closeout)</li>\n<li>Strong scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor coordination experience</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Consistent career progression (not frequent job hopping)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is hybrid, not remote.</p>\n<p>Unable to provide Visa sponsorship.</p>\n<p>Relocation available on a case-by-case basis.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you have 1+ year of experience as a full-cycle project manager with a large scale civil or commercial general contractor, we welcome your application! </p>",
