    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div id=\"isPasted\"><p><strong><span style='font-size: 14px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Allient Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking Assemblers to join our team in Tulsa, OK!</span></strong></p><p><span style='font-size: 14px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>The Assembler will perform all operations required for the manufacture and assembly of small motor components and motion control products and systems. <strong>Apply now!</strong></span></p><p><span style='font-size: 14px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li style='font-size: 14px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and work instructions to accurately build parts to customer specifications.</li><li style='font-size: 14px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Use calipers and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and maintain production accuracy.</li><li style='font-size: 14px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Assemble and inspect parts according to customer orders and company quality requirements.</li><li style='font-size: 14px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Inspect components and assemblies using visual checks and precision inspection tools to ensure quality standards are met.</li></ul><p><span style='font-size: 14px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li style='font-size: 14px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>High school education or equivalent</li><li style='font-size: 14px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Must be able to read and interpret drawings, follow routers, use simple math, and use basic hand-held measuring tools.</li><li style='font-size: 14px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Good manual dexterity to manipulate small objects.</li><li style='font-size: 14px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Ability to read blueprints, calipers, and micrometers.
