          "text": "<p>We are seeking a <strong>System and Software Engineer</strong> with hands-on expertise in <strong>critical embedded systems</strong> and <strong>model-based systems engineering (MBSE)</strong> to join our aerospace engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of <strong>next-generation avionics and flight-critical systems</strong>, supporting the design, implementation, integration, and verification of embedded software for airborne platforms.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain <strong>system models using SysML</strong> to support system architecture, requirements traceability, and design analysis</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain <strong>embedded software</strong> using the <strong>MATLAB / Simulink</strong> suite for aerospace applications</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to analyze and refine <strong>system and software requirements</strong></li><li>Generate embedded code for target environments using abstraction layers and model-based development processes</li><li>Perform <strong>unit testing, integration testing, and software verification</strong> activities for embedded avionics software</li><li>Conduct <strong>safety assessments</strong>, including <strong>FMEA, FTA, and DFA</strong>, to evaluate system safety and identify mitigation strategies</li><li>Document software architecture, design decisions, verification results, and integration workflows</li><li>Review and contribute to <strong>functional safety and certification artifacts</strong> to ensure compliance with <strong>DO-178C</strong> and related aerospace standards</li><li>Participate in technical reviews and stakeholder meetings to align on requirements, milestones, and certification objectives</li></ul>",
