This leadership role oversees a large, multi-disciplinary team producing architectural renderings, interior virtual tours, interactive experiences, and other immersive real estate marketing content.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This role blends creative leadership, technical expertise, operational oversight, and team development. The ideal candidate is passionate about photorealistic visualization, thrives in fast-paced production environments, and enjoys mentoring artists while driving continuous improvement across workflows, tools, quality standards, and scalability.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">You&rsquo;ll work closely with creative leadership, development teams, project managers, and production staff to ensure projects are delivered on time, at a consistently high standard, and aligned with evolving industry trends and client expectations.</p><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">What You&rsquo;ll Do</span></h2><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Contribute to the production and oversight of a wide range of 3D visualization and virtual experience projects.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead, coach, mentor, and support a team of approximately 40 3D artists across multiple disciplines, teams, and production streams.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team culture focused on creativity, accountability, and continuous growth.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner closely with the Creative Director to drive scalable quality improvements across deliverables and production standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with development teams to improve workflows, optimize production pipelines, and help ensure tools remain innovative and efficient.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Organize and facilitate team meetings, production reviews, and collaborative working sessions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work cross-functionally with project managers, creative leadership, and production teams to align on deliverables, timelines, client expectations, and quality standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Troubleshoot technical and production challenges throughout the visualization pipeline.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, quality, consistency, and overall production performance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with the development and maintenance of asset libraries, templates, documentation, and quality standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Explore and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies that can enhance production workflows, quality, scalability, and team efficiency.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Stay current on industry trends, rendering techniques, visualization technologies, and real-time production innovations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support ongoing team development and contribute to performance management processes.</li></ul></div><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Who You Are</span></h2><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">You are a creative and technically skilled visualization leader who knows how to balance artistic quality with operational execution.
