Atlas Canada is looking for a socially responsible individual with creative ideas to join our team as Quality Assurance & Training Lead. The Quality Assurance & Training Lead position is responsible for maintaining strategic partnerships with our agency family/professional van operators and overseeing service issues/complaints related to our household goods moving and storage services. What you will do at Atlas Canada: Serve as the primary point of contact for all issues and penalties related to the Government of Canada account, as well as private client and corporate accounts. Address service issues and manage client relations to ensure satisfaction. Support the Atlas quality initiatives program, monitor results and participate in the quality committee. Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to monitor and improve service delivery. Guide agency members to ensure effective operational and quality service execution. Present training materials to agency family and customers on quality initiatives. Employment Type & Hours : Full-time position with work hours between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
