We expect strong depth in at least one domain, and the curiosity to operate beyond it as the system demands. System thinking does not.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></p>\n<p>You will work on:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>SIP / VoIP signaling</li>\n<li>RTP media flows</li>\n<li>Distributed backend systems</li>\n<li>Event-driven architectures</li>\n<li>Low-level networking and performance-sensitive components</li>\n<li>AI-augmented engineering workflows</li>\n</ul>\n<p>You will contribute across layers — from protocol handling to API orchestration.</p>\n<p>You will own:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Architecture</span>: clean interfaces between protocol handling, media, and API layers</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reliability &amp; operability</span>: instrumentation, debugging, incident follow-ups, hardening</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Performance</span>: latency, throughput, resource usage, media path efficiency<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-weight: bold\">AI-Native Engineering</span></p>\n<p>We operate with an agent-centric model. AI is used to accelerate execution (drafts, refactors, tests, runbooks), but <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">humans own correctness</span>.</p>\n<p>You will provide direction, constraints, validation, and long-term coherence. You will set constraints, review outputs critically, and ensure changes align with long-term architecture.
