Responsibilities
*UP TO $2,000 SIGN ON INCENTIVE***

As a Brief Strategic Family Therapy Supervisor provides clinical leadership, supervision, and support to therapists delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health services. This role ensures program fidelity, promotes professional development, and enhances client outcomes by stabilizing families in crisis, maintaining compliance with stakeholder requirements, and fostering a skilled, collaborative clinical team.
Position Description:
Support clinicians with stabilizing family incidents and crises, while adhering to stakeholder documentation compliance and increasing clinician skills.
Conduct weekly individual coaching and monthly group sessions to enhance clinician skills and ensure professional development.
Maintain a personal caseload of 4 clients while supervising other clinicians to ensure adherence to treatment models, and 85% of clients demonstrating progress toward treatment goals quarterly.
Partner with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes by providing clinical insight, supporting orientation and training, and ensuring continuity of care for clients.
Promote the program within the community, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and ensuring a steady flow of appropriate referrals.
Ensure program compliance with internal and external standards through audits and reviews, achieving 100% compliance and correcting any deficiencies.
Lead regular team meetings to discuss program updates, address concerns, and foster a collaborative work environment, ensuring follow-through on action items.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement plans to enhance program effectiveness and client outcomes.

Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental health Counseling or related subject area.
LP-MFT, LP-MHC, LMSW or LP-CAT required
Other Requirements :
1- 2 years of relevant experience providing clinical evidence-based services
A minimum of 2 years of accumulated experience (internships through post-graduate) providing direct services to youth and their families in their homes and/or communities
Ability to be assertive, proactive, engage people from all backgrounds, openness to learning and feedback
An ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment with a passion for serving individuals and families
Excellent communication skills to effectively lead and mentor a team.
Crisis management abilities to handle complex cases and support clinicians in stabilizing incidents.
Organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and community outreach to promote the program and manage relationships.
Preferred Experience:
Prior supervisory experience
Education Required Masters’s Degree from a U.S. accredited educational institution or Credential Evaluation for a non-U.S. educational institution
Salary Range: $82,587.85/year + $3,500 - Bilingual Additive (as applicable) + $1,000 – Provisional Licensure Additive (as applicable) + $4,000 – Full Licensure Additive (as applicable)
