Description
General Purpose and Scope:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be pivotal in providing strategic direction to HR planning and operations, offering a wide range of HR solutions that drive our organizational culture and values.
Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Deliver Brava’s overall HR strategy, ensuring a culture of high employee engagement in alignment with strategic business plans in an international multi-jurisdictional framework. Act as a trusted advisor, coaching business leadership on effective leadership and performance. Apply effective project management to align stakeholders, ensuring timely and budget-conscious deliverables. Drive the annual performance management process, contributing to a high-performance culture. Utilize influence and negotiation strategies to secure stakeholder support for key initiatives. Drive employee engagement in line with Brava’s vision, fostering a collaborative workforce based on shared goals and accountability. Lead employee relations resolutions, actively responding to and addressing concerns in a timely manner. Conduct thorough investigations and make recommendations based on findings, partnering with HR leadership and legal counsel. Lead and manage change across client groups, influencing organizational culture and implementing change programs as needed. Oversee the annual compensation planning process with leadership, ensuring alignment with business impact and contributions. Champion Diversity and Inclusion initiatives in partnership with the HR leadership team. Assess company-wide developmental needs, driving training initiatives, and contributing to HR process improvements, focusing on automation and scalability. Administer human resource planning, providing direction and counsel on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and policy advice. Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff. Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization. Encourage feedback and continuous improvement in HR processes. Naturally, other duties and responsibilities may arise and will be assigned as required. This role may require international travel.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources. Experience with recruiting candidates to meet complex role requirements strongly preferred. Experience building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders through a dedicated focus on service to the business and delivery. Seasoned facilitation skills for live in-person and online events. Previous experience supporting remote locations and employees.

Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into action, driving successful outcomes aligned with organizational strategy. Strong research, time management, planning and organizational skills. Proven ability to interact with and advise multiple businesses and coordinate with HR colleagues in other jurisdictions and business areas.
