    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>As a <b>Cyber Data Protection Senior Manager</b>, you will lead strategic engagements that help clients govern, protect, and manage their data across hybrid environments. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding them through the implementation of Microsoft Purview’s compliance, data loss prevention (DLP), insider risk, and information governance capabilities.<br><br>\n  From day one, you’ll be empowered by the greater Cyber &amp; Risk team to help clients make the moves that will help them achieve their vision and help you achieve more, confidently.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Your day-to-day may include:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leading the design and deployment of Microsoft Purview solutions, including: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Information Protection &amp; Sensitivity Labels</li>\n   <li>Data Loss Prevention (DLP)</li>\n   <li>Insider Risk Management</li>\n   <li>eDiscovery and Compliance Manager</li>\n   <li>Data Lifecycle Management and Records Management</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Lead practice development and sales activities including, opportunity origination, client proposal development, and deal closure.</li>\n <li>Advising clients on enterprise data governance strategies, regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA), and risk mitigation.</li>\n <li>Conducting current-state assessments of data protection and compliance programs, and developing future-state roadmaps.</li>\n <li>Overseeing the integration of Microsoft Purview with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party data sources.</li>\n <li>Leading workshops and executive briefings to align stakeholders on data protection goals and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact client engagements on time and within budget.</li>\n <li>Supporting business development through proposal development, client presentations, and thought leadership in data governance and compliance.</li>\n <li>Staying current on evolving privacy regulations, Microsoft roadmap updates, and emerging data protection technologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>You have the following technical skills and qualifications:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.</li>\n <li>Relevant certifications such as SC-400, CIPP, CIPM, CISSP, CISM, or other related certifications required</li>\n <li>10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or compliance consulting.</li>\n <li>Prior experience leading sales activities for data protection professional services, in excess of $3M a year.</li>\n <li>Deep expertise in Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 compliance solutions.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and ISO 27001.</li>\n <li>Experience with data classification, retention policies, and insider risk management.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage multidisciplinary teams.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot for Compliance and AI-driven data governance tools.</li>\n <li>Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex compliance concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated success in practice development and client relationship management.</li>\n <li>Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment.</li>\n <li>Exceptional client service and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.</li>\n <li>Can travel as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><i>The base salary range for this position in the Arlington, VA location only is between $234,986 and $255,420.&nbsp;</i></span></p>\n<p><i><b>The base salary range for this position is between $217,580 and $271,975.
