          "text": "<p><strong>Operational Execution &amp; Technical Support:</strong></p><ul><li>Execute assembly, installation, maintenance, and adjustment operations on mechanical systems in line with technical documentation and project requirements.</li><li>Inspect equipment, identify technical or contractual deviations, and report issues to the Site Manager or Project Manager.</li><li>Perform troubleshooting operations and implement corrective actions to resolve technical difficulties.</li><li>Oversee the delivery, setup, and proper handling of materials, equipment, and machinery on-site.</li><li>Ensure mechanical tools and equipment are maintained in a clean, serviceable condition and ready for use.</li></ul><p><strong>Site Supervision &amp; Coordination:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise site workers and coordinate daily site operations to ensure optimal performance and adherence to project deadlines.</li><li>Organize site layout and setup based on reviewed scopes and plans, ensuring smooth workflow.</li><li>Conduct safety briefings for temporary staff and subcontractors, reinforcing QHSE regulations on-site.</li><li>Facilitate effective communication between internal teams (Site Support, Design Office, HSE Manager) and external stakeholders (client representatives, suppliers, subcontractors).</li><li>Manage inventory of consumables, PPE, and necessary supplies, coordinating with procurement for timely resource availability.</li></ul><p><strong>Compliance &amp; Reporting:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure strict adherence to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, internal policies, and external regulations.</li><li>Monitor site safety practices and compliance, addressing non-conformities and enforcing corrective actions.</li><li>Relay essential project updates and safety information to the Site Supervisor, Field Service Group Leader, and Account Manager throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Document site activities, including safety reports, time tracking, and deviations, ensuring proper traceability.</li><li>Provide lessons learned and feedback to support continuous improvement in current and future projects.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):</strong></p><p>· Timely completion of site tasks and adherence to project deadlines.</p><p>· Compliance with QHSE standards and internal procedures.</p><p>· Effective resolution of technical issues and deviations.</p><p>· Positive feedback from internal teams and clients regarding site management and communication.</p><p>· Efficient management and availability of tools and consumables.</p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experiences:</strong></p><ul><li>Vocational qualifications, technician certificate, or relevant experience in boiler-making, or mechanics.</li><li>2+ years in mechanical assembly, maintenance, or site supervision within an industrial or maintenance environment.</li><li>Possession of relevant local safety certifications.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret industrial plans</li><li>Working knowledge of mechanics, welding and hydraulics.</li><li>Experience in the maintenance of waste incineration plants</li><li>Basic knowledge of boiler construction</li><li>Understanding in reading plant design drawings</li><li>Basis Knowledge of the local language, Good command of English; another language is a plus.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Personal Attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong awareness of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) management system and commitment to safe work practices.</li><li>Solution-oriented, proactive, and reliable.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and relay information.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a high degree of vigilance to detect and report abnormal situations.</li><li>Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities, maintaining team cohesion and motivation.</li><li>Willingness to travel 100% and at all sites.</li></ul><p>This job description is indicative and not exhaustive.
