    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\">Since 2016, DeCoach Recovery Centre has been a trusted leader in addiction recovery. &nbsp;With locations throughout southwestern Ohio, we are able to offer our clients a wide range of services, including in-patient detox, residential treatment, medication assisted treatment, standard and intensive outpatient programs, sober living housing, court services, as well as behavioral health and mental health services. &nbsp;Our goal is to meet every individual at their stage of recovery, and to help them not only reach sobriety, but stay sober long-term.</p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our in-patient facility in Dayton, OH. The LPN will play a crucial role in our residential treatment program, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality medical care and support throughout their recovery journey. This position requires a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals struggling with addiction.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide nursing care and support to clients undergoing addiction treatment in a residential setting.</li><li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician or nurse practitioner.</li><li>Monitor clients&#39; vital signs and overall health status, reporting any changes or concerns to the medical team.</li><li>Assist with medical assessments, screenings, and intake processes for new clients.</li><li>Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team including physicians, therapists, and counselors to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.</li><li>Educate and counsel clients on health management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation according to regulatory standards.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.</li><li>Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in the state of Ohio.</li><li>Previous experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or psychiatric nursing is preferred.</li><li>Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.</li><li>Understanding of addiction and its impact on individuals and families.</li><li>Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance</li><li>Company Sponsored Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>STAR eligible facilities</li></ul></div>\n<br/>7p-7a",
