These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation: $20.97 to $22.64</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Available shifts: Nights 7PM to 7AM 2-2-3 Schedule</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete daily Standard Work Assignments and sheets</li>\n <li>Support work station functions and workflow by:</li>\n <li>Ensuring that packers are supplied with necessary water, poly bags, tape, boxes and other supplies to complete their assigned responsibilities</li>\n <li>Replenishing and organizing of Point of Use Shelves (POUS)</li>\n <li>Removing finished good pallets from work stations in a timely manner, paying attention to proper stacking pattern and load stability</li>\n <li>Providing pallets, Work in Progress (WIP) and scrap Gaylords that are in good condition, as needed</li>\n <li>Supporting changeovers</li>\n <li>Process finished good pallets to support SAP inventory procedures to include:</li>\n <li>Shrink wrapping</li>\n <li>Labeling pallets</li>\n <li>Maintaining SAP inventory sheet labels</li>\n <li>Placing products into TEMP inventory locations</li>\n <li>Moving inventory from TEMP location to designated warehouse location</li>\n <li>Ensure incoming shift has adequate supplies available to maintain workflow without disruption</li>\n <li>Uphold the warehouse standards by maintaining items in their designated areas, including but not limited to trash, pallets, fork lift trucks, pallet jacks, boxes and finished products</li>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness of work areas by:</li>\n <li>Sweeping, dusting and removing the trash</li>\n <li>Remove pallets of waste corrugate and place on designated trailer</li>\n <li>Empty full trash cans and operate trash compactor</li>\n <li>Dispose of hazardous waste materials in designated locations</li>\n <li>Assist in maintenance of shared areas such as bathrooms and break rooms</li>\n <li>Perform grinding, venting and laser engraving responsibilities as assigned</li>\n <li>Knowledge of ability to perform all job requirements of Packer position, relieve Packers for breaks and fill in for Packers, as assigned</li>\n <li>Communicate any product, packaging or palletizing quality concerns to the first available QC, Technician, Supervisor or Manager within a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
