As a Level 3 Slot Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing electronic gaming machines to ensure seamless operation on the casino floor and in providing world class customer service. This position requires in-depth knowledge and expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, conducting preventative maintenance, and adhering to regulatory guidelines.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Where You'll Make an Impact:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Repair and maintain slot related equipment on the casino floor.</li>\n <li>Repair and maintain slot related equipment in the slot shop.</li>\n <li>Participate in installation, movement, and removal of slot related equipment.</li>\n <li>Maintain proper gaming logs in order to comply with state and or internal regulations.</li>\n <li>Ensures an enjoyable gaming experience of guests to the casnio with maintaining the gaming equipment at the top level of proper operation.</li>\n <li>Any interaction with guests is friendly, cooperative and professional.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Skills to Help You Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of electronic gaming machines, including mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular preventative maintenance on slot machines to maximize uptime and minimize disruptions during gaming hours.</li>\n <li>Install, configure, and test new slot machines and gaming systems according to manufacturer specifications and casino standards.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records of machine repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory of spare parts.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other technicians and departmental teams to ensure efficient operation and compliance with gaming regulations.</li>\n <li>Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to slot machine operations.</li>\n <li>Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and assist in their professional development.</li>\n <li>Assist in overseeing the slot floor during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues promptly.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to successfully interface with all levels of the organization and manage multiple projects.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access).</li>\n <li>Time management and project management skills.</li>\n <li>General knowledge of casino rules, procedures, and regulations pertaining to Slot Operations. </li>\n <li>Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines, possess integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling confidential information.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and analyze documents.</li>\n <li>Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical tools</li>\n <li>Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of two (2) years previous experience as a slot technician or related field.</li>\n <li>You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Casino is over large and requires ability and energy to move about it with a true sense of urgency.</li>\n <li>Standing 10%</li>\n <li>Walking 65%</li>\n <li>Sitting 25%</li>\n <li>Keyboarding 25%</li>\n <li>Use of going up and down stairs multiple times per day and elevators.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>What We Offer:</u></strong></p>",
