Positions are flexible to be based out of any of following work locations provided you currently live within a reasonable commute distance:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>APC Corporate Headquarters (600 North 18th St., Birmingham, AL)</li>\n <li>Southern Division (244 Dexter Ave, Montgomery, AL)</li>\n <li>Mobile Division (150 St. Joseph St, Mobile, AL)</li>\n <li>Western Division (915 Queen City Ave, Tuscaloosa, AL)</li>\n <li>Eastern Division (925 Quintard Avenue, Anniston, AL)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>POSITION SUMMARY</u></strong></p>\n<p>The Real Estate Specialist Position supports Corporate Real Estate’s efforts to acquire legally defendable land and land rights for Alabama Power Company. The primary job duties will include negotiating with landowners to acquire land rights necessary to facilitate the construction, operation and maintenance of the company’s transmission system and its facilities.
