This role is key to ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for tenants, employees, and visitors.</p>\n<h2>What you’ll do as an Exceptional Team Member</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other common areas</li>\n <li>Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed to ensure all areas are tidy and presentable</li>\n <li>Empty trash receptacles and replace liners</li>\n <li>Restock restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper</li>\n <li>Wipe down doors, windows, and other high-touch surfaces</li>\n <li>Respond promptly to spills, messes, and tenant requests</li>\n <li>Assist with moving furniture, setting up meeting spaces, or supporting special events</li>\n <li>Report any maintenance or safety issues to management</li>\n <li>Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are kept in good condition</li>\n <li>Follow all safety and cleaning protocols</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What you’ll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Porter.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups at all professional levels.</li>\n <li>Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li>\n <li>Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, or kneel as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>The Harvard Promise</h2>\n<p>Join our team of Extraordinary People committed to delivering Exceptional Service.
