Description
SIGN-ON BONUS: $1,200.00 (1/2 paid after 90 days of employment and 1/2 paid after 6 months of continuous employment).
Are you passionate about shaping young minds and providing a nurturing environment for children to learn and grow? We're currently seeking an Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team and help us provide high-quality early childhood education.
As the assistant teacher, you'll have the opportunity to work with an amazing team of educators and make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children. We offer a competitive salary, four weeks of paid time off, major holidays off, and eight sick days to ensure that you have a healthy work-life balance. To be considered for this position, you should have an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field , as well as experience working with young children. You should be able to create a safe and engaging learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Additionally, you should communicate effectively with parents and other educators and adapt your teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners. Must be able to work an 8.5-hour workday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
