          "text": "<p>EchoPark is seeking to add a Part Time Buyer Admin to our team in Birmingham, AL. As a Buyer Specialist, you will process all paperwork required to complete vehicle purchases. You’ll ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time—helping both customers and internal teams close purchases smoothly.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process Purchasing Documentation:&#xa0;Review and prepare contracts, addenda, disclosure forms, and power of attorney documents.</li><li>Title &amp; Registration:&#xa0;Verify title status, lienholder information, registration forms, and state-specific DMV requirements.</li><li>Financial Verification:&#xa0;Accurately verify loan payoffs</li><li>Compliance &amp; Accuracy:&#xa0;Ensure all paperwork meets federal, state, and dealership policies (including Odometer and title disclosures).</li><li>Workflow Coordination:&#xa0;Collaborate with the buyers to ensure all paperwork is accurate and signed.</li><li>Customer Communication:&#xa0;Proactively contact customers to gather missing information or signatures and explain document requirements.</li><li>Shift Coverage:&#xa0;Work flexible hours, including closing shifts, to support deal finalization</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Knowledge of state DMV processes and dealership compliance standards.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable interacting with customers and lenders.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software (e.g., Reynolds &amp; Reynolds, CDK).</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience with electronic vehicle registration (EVR) systems.</li><li>1+ years of experience in dealership paperwork processing, title clerk, finance office, or similar administrative role.</li><li>Familiarity with F&amp;I product menus and lender guidelines.</li><li>Spanish language proficiency.</li><li>Associate’s degree or coursework in business administration.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Pay- $17 per hour and up with a Bonus incentive&#xa0;</li><li>Health, Dental and Vision Insurance   &#xa0;</li><li>401k with 4% company match &#xa0;</li><li>Paid vacation  &#xa0;</li><li>Access to leadership and personal development programs  &#xa0;</li><li>Casual dress code</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
