We are looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, work alongside the team in the field, drive results, and help identify opportunities for growth and improvement.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support census growth with a focus on driving referrals, intakes, and enrollments</li>\n <li>Work directly with team members in the field to provide coaching, guidance, and support</li>\n <li>Conduct ride-alongs and field visits to observe performance and provide real-time feedback</li>\n <li>Identify local marketing and referrals development opportunities within each market</li>\n <li>Help identify performance issues and work with team members to improve results</li>\n <li>Review pipelines, referral activity, and conversion metrics to identify gaps and opportunities</li>\n <li>Assist in developing action plans for underperforming markets and team members</li>\n <li>Support onboarding and training of new hires</li>\n <li>Bring forward new marketing ideas, referral strategies, and growth opportunities</li>\n <li>Identify barriers impacting census performance and help develop solutions</li>\n <li>Help drive consistency and best practices across all markets</li>\n <li>Serve as an additional resource to the field and provide day-to-day support to team</li>\n <li>This is a hands-on role that requires someone willing to be in the field, work alongside the team & lead by example</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in healthcare sales, business development, census development, or sales leadership required</li>\n <li>Prior experience coaching and developing sales/outreach staff preferred</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of relationship-based sales and referral development</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvement strategies</li>\n <li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and support multiple locations</li>\n</ul>\n<p>EOE</p>",
