Reporting to the Site Manager, the Program Manager ensures the team meets or exceeds all goals and objectives required from this department. As a Program Manager at our Mobility and Industrial Solutions group, you’ll take ownership of large-scale projects, ensuring they meet specifications, timelines, and customer expectations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Key Responsibilities </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Maintain knowledge of the status and progress of required molds going through engineering and the manufacturing floor</span></li>\n<li><span>Highlight quality and delivery issues to the necessary departments and work to correct issues with team</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide all related information to the General Manager SyBridge Management Team</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop a good working knowledge of customer’s standards and expectations to properly line up internal staff</span></li>\n<li><span>Assure product design meets internal/external specifications by following the work order throughout the company</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist the Account Executive &amp; Engineering team with feasibility meetings and kick offs as required</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure all paperwork is correct, verifying that purchase orders and quotes are correct and match</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist the Account Executive &amp; Engineering team to maintain the design and build process of a program from the initial quotation through to final delivery, making changes as required by the customer</span></li>\n<li><span>Work closely with the Account Executives as a team on customer accounts</span></li>\n<li><span>Offer support for new build quotes to the Estimating Department for completion as required</span></li>\n<li><span>Track and monitor customer’s purchase orders with the assistance of the Accounts Receivable department as well as monitor and track outstanding payments from customers</span></li>\n<li><span>Understand and present the company as a global provider to new clients while maintaining a firm knowledge of each location’s capability</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain safe operations by keeping work area clean and organized, and by adhering to safety procedures and regulations</span></li>\n<li><span>Travel when required</span></li>\n<li><span>Other duties as assigned or when required for this position</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years experience of previous Program Manager position</li>\n<li><span>Computer proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience in injection mold design and/or manufacturing</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong attention to detail and analytical skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficient in time management, written and verbal communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent organizational and planning skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to perform under pressure and work independently</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines as required</span></li>\n<li><span>Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our Commitment to You</span></p>\n<p>SyBridge Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of any kind.
