          "text": "<p><strong>Job Purpose:&#xa0;</strong></p><p>To oversee the downstream supply chain to deliver great customer service and operational excellence, by delivering&#xa0;effective strategic and tactical production planning methodology.<br>\n<br>\nTaking full ownership of the customer experience&#xa0;from order placement to the delivery of the products, on time.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:</strong></p><ul><li>Create infinite schedules to achieve customer on time delivery and maximise efficiencies within&#xa0;production.&#xa0;</li><li>Responsible for raising the work orders and managing MRP messages</li><li>Manages the work orders cycle daily through production, resolving issues</li><li>Create master production plans, optimising machine efficiencies, resource availability and&#xa0;shift patterns</li><li>Manages all finished goods stocking policies, inventory levels and engineering change requests</li><li>Ownership of product lead times, providing customers with consistency, deliverable lead times</li><li>Co-Ordinate the SiOP process, analyse data, identifying changes in demand and supply.&#xa0;Taking ownership for the supply planning, ensuring forecasts can be achieved with the capacity available</li><li>Communicate proposed resource and investment requirements, identifying any key risks to supply</li><li>Own the product master list and life cycle phase, taking action for managing the product portfolio to&#xa0;deliver the customer requirements and minimise associated costs</li><li>Implement visual queue management planning techniques and build a capacity flex plan with production</li><li>Accountable for Supply Chain metrics, performance, and root cause countermeasures</li><li>Responsible for all Supply Chain department costs, including OEE, factory efficiency, over time,&#xa0;subcontract costs, finished goods premium freight and external storage</li><li>Responsible for the management of the product master data within the ERP system&#xa0;</li><li>Lead the deployment of lean methodology&#xa0;</li></ul>",
