The Project Manager is responsible for overall project delivery, client communication, technical coordination, and financial performance.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is an experienced and organized leader who thrives in managing multidisciplinary teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage traffic design projects from initiation through completion.</li>\n <li>Lead internal teams and coordinate with subconsultants, clients, and reviewing agencies.</li>\n <li>Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.</li>\n <li>Monitor and manage project financials, including invoicing and profitability.</li>\n <li>Oversee preparation of plans, reports, and technical documents in compliance with DOT and client standards.</li>\n <li>Serve as the primary client contact and maintain long-term relationships.</li>\n <li>Ensure project QA/QC procedures are followed and deliverables meet quality expectations.</li>\n <li>Facilitate internal coordination meetings and maintain progress tracking tools.</li>\n <li>Mentor and provide direction to Deputy Project Managers, engineers, and technical staff.</li>\n <li>Participate in business development and proposal preparation activities.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li>\n <li>Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of employment (or ability to obtain reciprocity).</li>\n <li>8+ years of traffic or transportation design experience.</li>\n <li>Proven experience managing DOT or municipal traffic projects.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of AASHTO and DOT design standards.</li>\n <li>Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively in person, virtually, and in writing.</li>\n <li>Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching as required.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 10–15 pounds.</li>\n <li>Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
