The purpose of this role is to assist with planning, coordinating, and executing coalition initiatives, programs, and events that promote belonging and student engagement.</p>\n<p>Duties and responsibilities include organizing and supporting meetings, collaborating with other student leaders and organizations, assisting with communication and outreach efforts, helping plan cultural or social programs, and serving as a representative of the Black Student Coalition to the broader campus community.</p>\n<p>General qualifications include strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a team, reliability, and a commitment to advancing the mission of the Coalition. Leadership experience and event planning skills are helpful but not required.</p>\n<p>Pay is determined within the approved student worker pay range and is based on prior experience, relevant skills, and the level of responsibility within the role.
