JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor for Medina Home-Based, the Therapeutic Behavioral Service (TBS) Worker provides Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients, their families, and/or family members as needed. They will work with clients in community, school, and home settings to provide support – including education, consultation, linkage, and skill building – for the client, parents and/or caregivers, case coordination, and symptom management and monitoring. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Provide therapeutic behavioral services and documentation thereof, including but not limited to: treatment planning; support, including education and consultation for families regarding the client’s mental illness; case management; symptom monitoring and self-management of symptoms; assistance in increasing social support skills and networks; referral and linkage to other healthcare, behavioral health care, and non-health care services; access to resources in the community; skills building; client transportation; and report all incidents and documents the same day to Clinical Supervisor. Provide the required amount of delivery hours in community, school, and home settings each week to ensure quality clinical care. Work a flexible workweek which can include evenings to meet clients and families’ needs. Assist in crisis intervention, problem resolution and process discussions with clients on an assigned and an as needed basis. Collaborate with other treatment team members regarding treatment planning, progress, and ongoing needs in a timely and consistent manner. Attend to staffing needs, as necessary for youth and family. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards. OTHER DUTIES: Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and on-going training. All required trainings, certifications and licensure must be kept current in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards. Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to Agency policies and procedures. They will work with clients in community, school, and home settings to provide support – including education, consultation, linkage, and skill building – for the client, parents and/or caregivers, case coordination, and symptom management and monitoring.<br><br><u><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</strong></u><ol><li>Provide therapeutic behavioral services and documentation thereof, including but not limited to:<ul><li>treatment planning;</li><li>support, including education and consultation for families regarding the client’s mental illness;</li><li>case management;</li><li>symptom monitoring and self-management of symptoms;</li><li>assistance in increasing social support skills and networks;</li><li>referral and linkage to other healthcare, behavioral health care, and non-health care services;</li><li>access to resources in the community;</li><li>skills building;</li><li value=\"1\">client transportation; and</li><li value=\"10\">report all incidents and documents the same day to Clinical Supervisor.</li></ul></li><li>Provide the required amount of delivery hours in community, school, and home settings each week to ensure quality clinical care.</li><li>Work a flexible workweek which can include evenings to meet clients and families’ needs.</li><li>Assist in crisis intervention, problem resolution and process discussions with clients on an assigned and an as needed basis.</li><li>Collaborate with other treatment team members regarding treatment planning, progress, and ongoing needs in a timely and consistent manner.</li><li>Attend to staffing needs, as necessary for youth and family.</li><li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.</li></ol><u><strong>OTHER DUTIES:</strong></u><ol start=\"8\"><li>Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and on-going training.</li><li>All required trainings, certifications and licensure must be kept current in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.</li><li>Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to Agency policies and procedures.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by management</li></ol><br><br> <p> </p>\n\n<p>Bellefaire JCB is an equal opportunity employer, and hires its employees without consideration to race, religion, creed, color, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran status or disability or any other status protected by federal, state or local law.</p>\n\n<p>Bellefaire JCB is a partner agency of the Wingspan Care Group, a non-profit administrative service organization providing a united, community-based network of services so member agencies can focus on mission-related goals and operate in a more cost-effective and efficient manner.</p>",
