    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Registered Pharmacy Technician</strong></p><p><strong>This is a 32 hours per week onsite position.</strong></p><p><strong><strong id=\"isPasted\">Join our team and make a difference in patient care every day!</strong></strong></p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong><strong>:</strong></p><p>The Pharmacy Technician Registered assists the pharmacist with providing safe and appropriate pharmacy services to FHCW patients in accordance with policies and procedures and MA professional standards.</p><p><strong>Program Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide excellent customer service by professionally answering calls and clearly identifying yourself by name and pharmacy&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain positive patient interactions while ensuring proper identification is provided for controlled substances&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure patients understand medication instructions, potential side effects, and therapeutic goals&nbsp;</li><li>Provide culturally appropriate communication and interpretation services for patients and accurately record and maintain confidential patient information&nbsp;</li><li>Support the Pharmacist in precisely counting and dispensing medications&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor medication availability, preparation, storage, and control procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Understand and comply with payor formulary requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Complete all required documentation in a timely manner</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Commitment to patient confidentiality and privacy</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Education And Experience:</strong></p><p>Must have completed an accredited Pharmacy Technician program. High School diploma or GED required.
