          "text": "<p><u><strong>Overview:</strong></u></p><p>Perform the responsibilities of the Inventory Clerk for all farm equipment and chemicals.</p><p><strong><u>Here's what you’ll do:</u></strong></p><p><em>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</em></p><ul><li>Reconcile inventory of equipment and chemicals.</li><li>Coordinate physical inventories and audits of chemicals and farm equipment.</li><li>Generate systems and procedures that will improve the integrity of our farm inventory</li><li>Develop analyze and communicate inventory control reports to gain a more accurate inventory in stock.</li><li>Handle all phases of goods transfer within farm operation.</li><li>Strong ability for analytical thinking.</li><li>Facilitate improvements in inventory accuracy.</li><li>Develop, implement and maintain projection systems to communicate future materials needs to our vendor partners.</li><li>Maintain clean and safe work environment.</li></ul><p><strong><em>This is a full-time role working from 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM.</em></strong></p>",

          "text": "<p><u><strong>Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:</strong></u></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required. Trade school/occupational training desired but not required.</li><li>Strong Organizational skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and good communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Excel.</li><li>1-2 years of experience in inventory control preferred.</li><li>Good math skills, i.e. weights and measures conversions.</li><li>18 years of age or older.</li></ul><p><strong>Language Skills:</strong> Ability to read, analyze, and interpret inventory information. Ability to compile reports. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.</p><p><strong>Mathematical Skills:</strong> Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.</p><p><strong>Reasoning Ability:</strong> Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</p><p><strong>Physical Demands: </strong>The&#xa0;physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
