You will bring strong delivery leadership across Agile and hybrid environments, with Guidewire delivery experience and relevant certifications expected.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Responsible For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Leading and facilitating delivery teams across Agile and hybrid engagements, bringing proven project delivery experience in complex, fast‑paced environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Providing end‑to‑end leadership for Guidewire implementations and enhancements (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter), ensuring delivery outcomes are met on time and to quality expectations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Acting as a servant leader, fostering a supportive environment and building high‑performing teams across diverse roles and personalities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Providing day‑to‑day leadership for cross‑functional delivery teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, architects, and onshore/offshore resources.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Owning delivery planning, forecasting, and execution across sprints, releases, and milestones within Agile or SAFe frameworks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Acting as the primary point of accountability for delivery, proactively managing scope, dependencies, risks, and issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Building strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, sponsors, and product owners to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery outcomes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Managing vendor, partner, and offshore delivery contributions to ensure seamless integration and performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensuring delivery aligns with agreed solution architecture, Guidewire best practices, and cloud standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Facilitating and governing Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives) and embedding effective ways of working across teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Tracking and reporting on delivery status, financials, and risks, providing clear and transparent communication to senior stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li>Championing continuous improvement, delivery excellence, and team wellbeing, embedding strong standards across quality, governance, and collaboration.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Experience &amp; Background:<br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You will bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Senior delivery or project leadership experience within complex business and technology transformation environments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong experience delivering programmes using Agile, SAFe, and hybrid methodologies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience leading Guidewire delivery engagements (certifications required)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong stakeholder management, communication, and risk management capability</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Confidence operating across both client‑facing and delivery‑focused leadership contexts</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">How You’ll Work:</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">At Tenzing, we value strong technical capability alongside excellent consulting and delivery skills.
