    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Solution Architect | Finance Transformation &amp; ERP Strategy</span></p>\n<p>We’re looking for a Solution Architect who can bridge the gap between finance, business strategy, and technology — someone who understands not only how systems work, but how businesses operate.</p>\n<p>This role is ideal for a professional with a strong financial background and deep ERP expertise who thrives solving complex business challenges, designing scalable enterprise solutions, and influencing strategic transformation initiatives.</p>\n<p>You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders, finance leaders, implementation teams, and technical architects to deliver solutions that drive operational efficiency, financial visibility, and long-term scalability.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Architect end-to-end ERP and financial solutions aligned with business goals and operational strategy.</li>\n<li>Lead discovery sessions and translate complex business requirements into scalable system designs.</li>\n<li>Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT teams to optimize critical business processes.</li>\n<li>Drive solution decisions around:\n<ul>\n<li>Financial management</li>\n<li>Revenue recognition</li>\n<li>Multi-book accounting</li>\n<li>Costing and inventory valuation</li>\n<li>Consolidation and reporting</li>\n<li>Compliance and controls</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Evaluate integrations, automation opportunities, and system impacts across the enterprise landscape.</li>\n<li>Create high-quality solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and functional designs.</li>\n<li>Mentor consultants and influence best practices across projects and delivery teams.</li>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor during digital transformation initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What Makes You a Great Fit</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong background in Finance, Accounting, or ERP consulting.</li>\n<li>Proven experience designing enterprise solutions within ERP ecosystems, NetSuite is a plus</li>\n<li>Ability to connect business strategy with technical execution.</li>\n<li>Experience leading complex discussions with both executive and technical stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of financial operations, reporting, and business process optimization.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Bonus Points If You Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, SaaS, or multi-subsidiary environments.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of integrations, APIs, or middleware platforms like Boomi.</li>\n<li>Experience with global implementations, compliance frameworks, or transformation programs.</li>\n<li>ERP certifications or accounting certifications (CPA, CMA, etc.).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Why This Role Matters</span></p>\n<p>This is not just a systems role.</p>\n<p>This position sits at the intersection of business transformation, finance strategy, and technology innovation.
