          "text": "<p>*** This opening is to support our ongoing needs for Admissions Representatives to support our Ontario campus ***</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong><u>Why this role matters:</u></strong></p><p>Unitek graduates enter hospitals, clinics, long-term care, and community health centers across our region. By connecting motivated people with life-changing training, you help deliver the workforce our communities urgently need.</p><p>Healthcare needs you — and our students need you to guide them from interest to enrollment.</p><p><strong><u>What you’ll do:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.</li><li>Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.</li><li>Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.</li><li>Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.</li><li>Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Who you are:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Empathetic, mission-driven communicator who believes education changes lives and strengthens healthcare.</li><li>Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and professional follow-up.</li><li>Strong consultative sales approach — you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path.</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).</li><li>Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong><u>What we offer:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Opportunity to make a measurable impact on local healthcare by enabling the next generation of nurses and allied health professionals.</li><li>Collaborative campus environment and ongoing training in consultative enrollment techniques.</li><li>Competitive compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities within Unitek College.</li><li>A career path into campus leadership roles.</li></ul>",
