We are passionate about analyzing and interpreting information to assess performance and provide guidance. Our team serves as a true partner and advisor to all our business leaders, working with them to accelerate the company’s profitability and growth.</span></p>\n<p><span>The Senior Manager, Finance – Supply Chain Monetization serves as a strategic finance leader for a fast</span><span>‑</span><span>growing portfolio of revenue</span><span>‑</span><span>generating supply chain services. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Legal, and Enterprise Finance to shape monetization strategy, evaluate commercial opportunities, and drive profitable growth across delivery, logistics operations, transportation, inventory, and last</span><span>‑</span><span>mile services.</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li><span>Act as the primary finance partner to Supply Chain leaders driving monetization initiatives ensuring clear visibility to revenue, cost to serve, margin performance, and ROI.</span></li>\n <li><span>Own financial modeling, forecasting, and performance management</span></li>\n <li><span>Manage sales and margin forecasting for monetization programs</span></li>\n <li><span>Translate operational strategies into financial outcomes; provide insight-driven recommendations to support pricing, capacity deployment, contract terms, and investment decisions.</span></li>\n <li><span>Build business cases for new and existing monetization offerings, including scenario modeling, sensitivity analyses, and volume/throughput implications.</span></li>\n <li><span>Own the monthly/quarterly forecasting cycle for monetization revenue, volume, labor, transportation, and variable cost pools.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Embed financial rigor into operational processes including forecasting, capacity planning, labor management, and transportation planning</span></li>\n <li><span>Lead variance analysis and monthly close activities</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop and manage long-range models aligned to enterprise growth plans, including contract profitability over multiyear horizons.</span></li>\n <li><span>Influence leaders through data</span><span>‑</span><span>driven storytelling</span></li>\n <li><span>Lead and develop a high</span><span>‑</span><span>performing finance team</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>What you bring to the table:</strong></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li><span>Strong knowledge of supply chain operations: transportation, delivery, labor planning, inventory flows, and cost to serve methodologies.</span></li>\n <li><span>Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence senior leaders in both finance and operations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience managing others and leading teams in providing advanced financial analytics and data insights to business leaders</span></li>\n <li><span>Adept at developing trusted relationships and demonstrated effective collaboration with business partners across diverse areas of the organization</span></li>\n <li><span>Expertise in advanced financial analytics through ability to analyze monthly results, use of forecasting/budgeting principles, and providing ad-hoc analytics throughout various roles</span></li>\n <li><span>Thrives in a constantly changing environment and has the ability to think outside the box</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>8+ years finance experience</span></li>\n <li><span>Bachelor's in finance or related field (or equivalent work experience)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li><span>MBA</span></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Experience with Advanced Analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL preferred</span></p>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p>\n  <p><i>It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
