Description Senior HRIS & Reporting Analyst Location: Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid/Onsite) Important: This hybrid position requires regular on-site work in Columbus, Ohio. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to the work location as required. Relocation assistance is not provided. Supports the organization’s HR and Total Rewards functions by developing advanced reporting and analytics solutions and supporting HCM modules and integrations within the HCM platform. This role partners with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that enhance reporting capabilities, optimize system functionality, and ensure reliable data integrations across the HCM environment. Key Position Results Accurate data and metrics Scalable and efficient reporting and system solutions Improve HR processes through technology Key Duties & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain advanced HR reports, dashboards, and analytics using HCM reporting. Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions and ensure data accuracy, usability, and performance Partner with IT on system integrations by gathering requirements, documenting specifications, defining data mappings, and conducting / coordinating testing. Troubleshoot integration issues, validate data accuracy, and coordinate issue resolution. Provide HRIS system support and configuration for assigned HR technology modules including maintaining system configuration, documenting changes, supporting system testing, and ensuring data integrity. Support system enhancements, quarterly updates, and change management activities including regression testing, release validation, and communication with HR stakeholders. Support HR data governance initiatives including documentation of metric definitions, reporting standards, and data ownership. Other duties as assigned Critical Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and related reporting tools (OTBI, BI publisher, HCM extracts) Experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) or similar analytics platforms Experience with descriptive statistics and software/programming language (Microsoft Suite, Tableau, SAS, SPSS or R) or SQL experience and an understanding of database design principles) Experience supporting HR systems and integrations Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with detail and accuracy Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic Self-motivated and able to influence without authority Education / Training Required Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Human Resources or equivalent experience 3+ years of Data Analyst, IT Business Analyst, HRIS or related experience Company Hesitant to apply because you may not meet every specific requirement?
