We're expanding our team and looking for experienced environmental professionals with strong modelling expertise, particularly in water quality and sediment dynamics. This role will work on high-impact projects across Canada and the US and collaborate with international partners in the UK and Australia, applying cutting-edge science to real-world challenges. &nbsp;<br><br>In this role you will:&nbsp;</div><ul><li><!--block-->Support the delivery of sustainable development projects by applying ecosystem response modelling to inform environmental approvals, cumulative impact assessments, and marine spatial planning across inland, coastal, and offshore environments.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Collaborate with modelling team members using proprietary TUFLOW FV hydrodynamic modelling suite to simulate ecosystem responses and support decision-making for environmental impact assessments and coastal resilience planning.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Assist in managing multidisciplinary marine projects, including aquaculture expansion, waste discharge planning, dredging and reclamation, sediment transport studies, hydrographic and environmental surveys, habitat mapping, and marine infrastructure development.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Contribute to environmental risk assessment and compliance, ensuring projects meet regulatory standards and sustainability objectives.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Participate in coastal resilience initiatives, including shoreline monitoring, climate adaptation strategies, and the design of nature-based solutions to support long-term environmental outcomes.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Collaborate with technical specialists and stakeholders to integrate scientific data into project planning and decision-making processes.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
