And our tuition reimbursement program is the perfect springboard to help you get there!</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Essential Functions Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with management to achieve established goals for accounts receivable, cash collections and outstanding client balances. </li>\n <li>Manage aging report through consistent contact with over-due customers via both phone and e-mail.  </li>\n <li>Creates credit memos / settles disputes by working with sales, QC and billing clerks to gather information and draft memorandums in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Analyzes aging trends and identifying areas that require the greatest attention.</li>\n <li>Partnering with collections management and staff to support collection efforts while also gaining an understanding of the underlying processes that may be creating collection challenges.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience required, with a preference for candidates who have experience specifically in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections. Additional relevant experience is a plus.</li>\n <li>Experience in construction, concrete, and/or manufacturing highly preferred but not required.</li>\n <li>Thrives in a fast paced and high volume environment. </li>\n <li>Must show a proven track record for achieving month end goals & meeting deadlines.</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software </li>\n <li>Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.</li>\n <li>Outstanding relationship skills as well as customer service skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<p>In a typical work setting, people in this job:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Walk on uneven ground </li>\n <li>Stand/sit for long periods of time.</li>\n <li>Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them.</li>\n <li>See details of objects that are less than a few feet away.</li>\n <li>Determine from which direction a sound came.</li>\n <li>See differences between colors, shades, and brightness.</li>\n <li>Lift 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds on occasion.</li>\n <li>Use muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Silvi Materials does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, retaliation, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factors.</p>",
