With one of the highest customer retention rates in the industry – 97% – ImageFIRST is dedicated to improving patient satisfaction and making staff happy with our white glove service! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Check out our company page: https://www.imagefirst.com/company/</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities & Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Due to tremendous growth throughout the East Fulfillment Center, we are seeking a high quality professional with an enthusiastic spirit to join our team as a Material Handler at our Lancaster, PA location.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensures orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering garments and supplies where needed. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Contributes to the orderly operation of inventory and/or supply storage area. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping garments and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Locates garments and supplies by pulling and verifying products. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists with locating, sorting, and packing garments for shipping. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Documents units delivered and location of units. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Receives and verifies garments and supplies that are received </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains material-handling equipment and reports any concerns </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items onto and off trucks and loading docks. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Keeps inventory, loading areas, and fulfillment center organized and clean. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Open containers, sort, and catalog garments. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Pull products from inventory location to fill work orders </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Shuttle product to/from locations by using company vehicle </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Unload truck, put inventory away on shelves and complete loads for delivery </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist the fulfillment center with special requests (i.e., garment trash) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Comply with the ImageFIRST Way guidelines </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Other duties as assigned by fulfillment center leadership </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic reading, writing, and math skills required </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic computer skills </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to perform required tasks standing up for the entire shift </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to climb up and down ladders </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Flexibility to complete special requests as needed </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Current and valid driver’s license is required </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous forklift & pallet jack experience is required </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Values & Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Competencies:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be Respectful: Value all we come in contact with</li>\n <li>Be Remarkable: Create a positive moment with every interaction</li>\n <li>Be Safe: Keep ourselves and those around us safe</li>\n <li>Be Honest: Be guided by truthfulness in all we do  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Weekly pay</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental, Vision </li>\n <li>Pet, Legal, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance </li>\n <li>401k (match)</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off Package</li>\n <li>Paid Parental Leave</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement </li>\n <li>Referral Program</li>\n <li>Great company culture</li>\n <li>Collaborative team environment </li>\n</ul>\n<p>EOE / Drug-Free Workplace </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
