You will learn to perfect these skills while learning to deal Blackjack, 3 Card Poker, and Carnival Games.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Where You'll Make an Impact</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Dealing the games and monitoring the monies of the table at all times.</li>\n <li>Controlling gaming cards and equipment.</li>\n <li>Protect company assets by monitoring guests’ movements at table at all times.</li>\n <li>Analyzing customer play for cheating scams and suspicious variation in play.</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service.</li>\n <li>Paying wins/taking losses.</li>\n <li>Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Skills You'll Need to Succeed</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as required by the State Gaming Agency for the position.</li>\n <li>Ability to speak English clearly, listen, and follow directions.</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write and understand basic instructions in English.
