The selected candidate will work onsite with program teams to troubleshoot complex schedule issues, and integrate multiple large and complex schedules into an Integrated Master Schedule within an MS Project 365 server environment.<br><br>This position is responsible for but are not limited to, the following:<ul><li>Develop, maintain and status project/program schedules as well as the integrated master schedule</li><li>Provide critical path analysis and create “what if” scenarios; provide recommendations to leadership and project owners to achieve scheduling targets</li><li>Managing complex schedule management and integration process for major programs Facilitate scheduling discussions to create project schedule and determine relationships with other projects</li><li>Help technical experts establish milestones and provide support to monitor adherence to the master schedule by identifying programmatic problems and providing recommended solutions</li></ul><ul><li>Development, maintenance, and execution of processes (existing or not) that support the execution and planning of the technical program requirements using MS Project software and other tools like SSI Tools</li><li>Building schedule visualization products as outputs from multiple complex MS Project schedules using software such as Onepager</li><li>Creating and implementing schedule template files for use across broad programs and projects that allow for consistent tracking of similar events across multiple disconnected schedules, evaluation of integrated schedules using multiple different schedule data filters to produce schedule outputs and exports</li></ul><ul><li>Identify and track risks and opportunities</li><li>Recommend and lead scheduling process improvements</li><li>Review and revise scheduling documentation, processes and work instructions</li><li>Serve as a consultant to top management in long-range planning as it pertains to the vision of the role of scheduling for our internal use as well as our external customer’s use</li><li>Support the BAE Systems Program Management Office to achieve or exceed business objectives</li></ul>This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.&nbsp;<br><br>There is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position.&nbsp; Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas.<br>&nbsp;",
