The SPM will provide oversight on work performed on multiple projects and various Clark Pacific project management stakeholders and will be instrumental in executing design-build/GC projects from the preconstruction phase through construction closeout.  The SPM will participate/lead strategy, when applicable, in the execution of sales, design, and safe delivery of on-time and on-budget projects with exceptional quality consistent with CP standards.",
