You’ll work side-by-side with experienced Engineers and Project Managers, contributing to high-impact work in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">water systems, stormwater, wastewater, and transportation design</span>—all while building a strong foundation for long-term success.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Whether you’re passionate about sustainable infrastructure, data-driven decision-making, or designing communities that thrive, this is a role where your curiosity and work ethic will take you far.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span><br>In this role, you’ll play a key supporting role across a variety of engineering services:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with project scoping, task planning, and technical execution</li>\n<li>Conduct stormwater modeling, drainage impact analysis, and utility system design</li>\n<li>Support permitting, capital planning, and regulatory compliance assessments</li>\n<li>Use tools like GIS, CMMS, and AutoCAD to manage and analyze infrastructure data</li>\n<li>Prepare reports, technical figures, and proposal materials</li>\n<li>Collaborate with a tight-knit team of engineers who take pride in quality, process, and innovation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You’ll receive hands-on mentorship and regular feedback to help accelerate your development.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Below, we have included specifics around how this role will support our current Project Delivery efforts:</p>\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Program-Integrated Field + Operations Support</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support ongoing regulatory compliance activities, including coordination of quarterly reports, annual point-repair data, sewer regulatory updates, and assistance with RCA/ARV documentation.</li>\n<li>Work closely with client staff to track live, recurring operational tasks (hotline logs, CES requests, QAlert work orders, utility conflict coordination, safety moments, etc.) that require same-day or real-time responsiveness.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Multi-Contract Construction Oversight Coordination</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with multiple active construction management contracts simultaneously—Inlet Repair, Pipe Repair, Non-Roadside Erosion Repair, Canal Lining, and Emergency Point Repairs—helping track monthly quantities, schedules, and contractor deliverables.</li>\n<li>Manage program-wide task flow across several CM-related teams and stakeholders rather than supporting a single PM or project.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">High-Frequency Reporting &amp; Data Integration</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare, update, and QA/QC monthly and quarterly regulatory deliverables that integrate data from SSO operations, MS4 inspections, contractor repair activities, and City systems.</li>\n<li>Maintain dashboards and templates that feed into programmatic controls, not just administrative project files (e.g., performance metrics, recurring task cycles, rolling schedules).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Embedded Program Role (Client Office)</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate as part of a multi-consultant integrated program team within the Client's office—supporting client staff and teams, and internal Bonton PMs.</li>\n<li>Participate in fast-paced coordination across disciplines—hydraulics, sewer, stormwater, field ops, compliance—and help ensure alignment across multiple client groups.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You Might Be a Good Fit If You…</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (civil, environmental, or related field)<br></li>\n<li>Are looking for an early-career engineering role</li>\n<li>Thrive in a team-oriented environment and bring a curious, solutions-focused mindset<br></li>\n<li>Have strong communication skills and take pride in your work<br></li>\n<li>Want to grow into a well-rounded engineer with cross-disciplinary exposure</li>\n<li>Plus if you’ve used GIS, AutoCAD, or have a working knowledge of hydrology/hydraulics.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?</span><br>We’re not your average firm.
